Q. How quickly are orders shipped?
A. Orders for Artisan Aromatics oils are bottled and shipped in the order they're received. Most orders ship next day but do allow 3 business days since we custom bottle for each essential oil order to ensure that you receive the freshest oils possible.
Q. What is shipping method for orders?
A. Orders for essential oils are shipped by USPS Priorty Mail. Orders for Aromatherapy Quick Study Guide are shipped by USPS First Class Mail.
Q. Are your essential oils guaranteed?
A. Your satisfaction with our products is 100% guaranteed. If you're not happy with any product for any reason, simply contact us, let us know the reason for the return, and then return it for full refund. Note that because of the need to insure the purity of our oils, returns are never resold
Q. Is the personal information that I supply safe?
A. We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party.
Q. What makes Artisan Aromatics' essential oils so special?
A. Each oil is purchased directly from the distiller/producer who is an artisan at their craft. Before selecting oils for our line of Artisan Aromatics, we learn every aspect of the growing and harvesting of the plant and the production of the oil and then each oil is "nose" tested by us and, of course, GC analysis is done on each oil.
Q. Why are some of your essential oils more expensive than those of other companies while others are relatively the same?
A. Our emphasis is only on quality and we truly strive to provide the very best essential oils available anywhere. We base our prices exclusively on the cost of the oil and do not try to "follow the market". The cost of the oils is such that it provides a living wage to the producer.
Q. What is cost of shipping?
A. Cost or Aromatherapy Quick Study Guide is $1.95 (USA only). Shipping for all essential oils and other products is by USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box at cost of $6.50 for up to 2lb. Over 2lb. is figured by weight / Oversize is also extra. International Shipping is by International Priority Mail at cost of $25.00 for orders under 2lb. and that will fit in Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. FYI - Over 90% of our orders fit in the USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box.
